  • Offered in 6-week sessions, pre-registration required.

Bristol Class Schedule:

Yoga Bliss: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45 – 7:15 pm

Gentle Flow: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9 – 10:30 am

Yoga Bliss is based on Svaroopa Yoga—translated to “the bliss of your own being.” This is an extremely gentle, stress-relieving practice, cultivating a meditative state and release of physical and mental tensions. This class is appropriate for almost EVERY body, however, please consult with Suzanne prior to your first class, if you have a serious medical condition. Gentle Flow is a combination of Vinyasa Yoga and Svaroopa Yoga for an invigorating AND blissful morning class. “Vinyasa” means that each movement is connected with the rhythm of your breath. This class emphasizes moving with grace, strength, focus, and balance. It is appropriate for beginners with no serious medical conditions. 

Bristol Class Rates:

1 class per week: $65 for 6-week session

2 classes per week: $115 for 6-week session

Classes are on a drop-in basis as space is available. 

Class fee is $10.
